NOM-035 HEALTH INTELLIGENCE

NOM-035 tells you what to measure

openhealth helps you understand what to do next.

We apply the standard’s questionnaires to your employees, analyse the results and support you with psychologists and wellbeing programmes so that NOM-035 doesn’t end up as just another formality.

NOM-035 is not just a questionnaire

Complying with the standard means identifying psychosocial risk factors, detecting anyone who has experienced a severe traumatic event, assessing the organisational environment and, above all, acting on what you find.

Many companies run the surveys, file the results… and that’s where it all ends. We believe NOM-035 is an opportunity to (genuinely) improve the workplace climate, absenteeism and your team’s wellbeing.
